Irish GIS and Spatial Services

IGSS has special expertise in the use of digital techniques for recording, researching and spatial analysis in the service of archaeology and the environment.

Notable techniques being used are geographical information systems (GIS), specialist datasets and spatial databases for mapping, spatial analysis and modelling as well as the use of GPS/GNSS for detailed topographical (3D) surveying and, together with aerial and satellite images and data, for identifying and defining the extent of features.

IGSS can offer you a variety of solutions and services that you will find useful. So, please contact us by email or via the address or telephone number above for more information on how these and other digital techniques can help your business or research.

IGSS was founded by Peter Wise and has already undertaken a number of projects which give some indication of what can be done.
